Integrity Walk-in Tubs is a subsidiary of Integrity Remodel. Integrity Remodel is a family owned and run company that has been in the business of contracting, plumbing, and home remodeling for over 20 years. We have a flawless record with the Registrar of Contractors and a perfect A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau.
The owner of Integrity Remodel, Keith Waterman, is both a seasoned contractor and licensed plumber. Keith has been installing and repairing jetted tubs, custom showers, and walk-in tubs since 2001. After a few years of installing and repairing walk-in tubs for other companies, he founded Integrity Walk-in Tubs with the intention of improving the walk-in tub buying process for everyone.
What’s Wrong with the Typical Process?
A common limitation of many walk-in tub companies is that the teams that source and sell the tubs are far removed from the teams that install them. The walk-in tub company often refers out the install to external contractors and technicians. Even if they mean well, these installers are not part of the tub selection process and are not deeply familiar with the company’s products.
This lack of communication often results in customers being sold tubs that were a poor fit for their needs, bathroom layout, and budget. The referred install teams have increased difficulty installing the walk-in tubs, since they were not involved in the selection process and are not always experienced in walk-in tub installs.
If the contractor doesn’t have what they need to complete the install, they’ll be significantly more likely to: order new parts, bring in unexpected sub-contractors, and troubleshoot with the manufacturer. This, in turn, leads to rapid and unexpected increases in time and cost for the customer. The resulting install might not always be stable, leading to early failure of the tubs and their plumbing. It was completing frequent walk-in tub repairs for other installers that led to Integrity Remodel being so adept at installing them.

While Integrity Remodel has always operated under its original name, our walk-in tub company has evolved to match the times. Back in the mid 2000s, when walk-in tubs were first entering the spotlight in the Valley, Keith began his walk-in tub ventures under Arizona Walk-in Tubs. So, what happened?
Our reputation began to proceed us and the industry began to rapidly expand. Many new companies joining the field began using permutations of Integrity Remodel and Arizona Walk-in Tubs for their name. Whether this was accidentally or intentionally, it was always confusing. So, we consolidated our brand.
We are Integrity Remodel, not Integrity Home Remodeling, not Integrity Contracting, not Tuscon Integrity Remodel, not Integrity Renovation, or Integrity Home Improvement.
Our Walk-in tub company is now Integrity Walk-in Tubs, so it is not confused with: Phoenix Walk-in Tubs, Arizona Walk-in Tub Guy, or Arizona Therapeutic Walk-in Tubs.
Why is this important?
